Occupational Health Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Occupational Health Leader to oversee and enhance workplace health programs across our operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting employee well-being, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a culture of health and safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage occupational health strategies and programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Lead health risk assessments and workplace hazard evaluations
• Oversee medical surveillance programs and employee health screenings
• Collaborate with HSE teams to integrate health and safety initiatives
• Manage occupational health records, reporting, and audits
• Provide expert guidance on workplace injuries, illnesses, and prevention strategies
• Deliver health awareness campaigns and training sessions
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and regulatory authorities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Nursing, Medicine, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in occupational health, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and occupational health regulations
• Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, DOH/HAAD/MOH license) are a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
