  • We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the import, distribution, and marketing cycle, as well as proficiency in accounting, management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
  • Support the sales and marketing team by preparing presentations, conducting market research, and coordinating trade shows.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the import, distribution, and marketing cycle.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
