Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations, administration, and IT-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be a local talent, reliable, tech-savvy, and capable of ensuring smooth operations while supporting management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Manage inventory of office supplies.
• Coordinate appointments, workshops, and events across departments.
• Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and digital records.
• Assist with IT administration: manage user accounts, software updates, troubleshoot minor IT issues, and liaise with external IT support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
• Ensure smooth workflow and support staff across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• UAE National (local talent) with a valid Family Book.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
• Basic IT knowledge: MS Office, cloud-based tools, digital filing systems; familiarity with IT troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
