The Medical Center Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and administrative management of the medical center. The role ensures that revenue targets are achieved by monitoring doctors' productivity, supervising reception and administrative staff, improving patient satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with DOH regulations. The Operations Manager works closely with physicians, management, HR, finance, insurance, and marketing to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
