Operations Manager

Passion Clinics announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Operations Manager to oversee operational management and ensure the efficient running of daily activities in accordance with quality standards and patient safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operational workflow and ensure the readiness of operating rooms, recovery rooms, and supporting departments.

* Organize surgical schedules and coordinate between physicians, nursing, anesthesia, and relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency.

* Monitor the implementation of quality and patient safety policies and ensure compliance with infection control procedures and approved standards.

* Supervise the availability of medical equipment and supplies and manage inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.

* Supervise medical, administrative, and technical staff and organize work schedules and shifts.

* Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for senior management.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

* Address daily operational challenges and complaints, and work on improving patient experience and enhancing overall performance within the center.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.

* Experience in managing medical centers or day surgery centers.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams.
