Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Hospital Operation Managers located across Saudi Arabia. The Operation Manager/Unit Head will oversee and manage daily operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning across departments while aligning operations with organizational goals. Responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role involves strategic decision-making to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the organization’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and demonstrated ability to streamline and optimize processes.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proven skills in Team Management and Communication to lead and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively and achieve operational goals.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
