Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in streamlining internal workflows and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This position involves managing daily operational activities, overseeing data accuracy within HIS and CRM systems, and providing analytical support through detailed reporting to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 Scheduling Management: Accurately inputting and maintaining medical teams' schedules within Excel and the HIS system.

 Coordination: Organizing and distributing appointments among medical teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.

 Operational Follow-up: Monitoring medical teams during appointments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.

 Arrival Tracking: Closely following up on the arrival and attendance of medical teams at their designated locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a specialization in Healthcare Management is preferred.

 Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

 Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.

 Systems: Previous experience with HIS (Hospital Information Systems) and CRM systems is highly preferred.

 Languages: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
