Role Overview

Healthline One Day Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon (Specialist) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide expert outpatient and day-surgery orthopedic care with a focus on quality, patient safety, and efficiency in an ambulatory care environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
• Perform outpatient and day-care surgical procedures within the scope of orthopedic specialty.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans for clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with other specialists, general practitioners, physiotherapists, and nursing staff for integrated patient care.
• Participate in case discussions, morbidity meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in compliance with DoH and facility standards.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Contribute to the training and supervision of junior clinical staff when required.
• Uphold Healthline’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications Required

• Specialist qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (recognized postgraduate degree).
• Valid DoH license as Orthopedic Specialist or eligibility for licensing in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in orthopedic surgery.
• Demonstrated proficiency in day surgery and outpatient orthopedic procedures.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE-based experience preferred.

Pay: From AED35,000.00 per month
