Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations for cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures of the face and body
• Assess patient suitability, explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform a full range of plastic surgery procedures , including but not limited to:
• Breast augmentation and breast reduction
• Gynecomastia surgery
• Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)
• Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)
• Liposuction and body contouring procedures
• Other aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries within scope of license
• Ensure high clinical standards , patient safety, and adherence to DHA regulations and internal protocols
• Maintain a high success rate and strong patient satisfaction , supported by ethical practice and clear patient communication
• Preferably provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments , including Botox and dermal fillers, where applicable
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care and follow-ups
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, coordinators, and management to ensure smooth patient journeys
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation and records

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DHA license as a Plastic Surgeon (mandatory)
• Board-certified or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery
• Preferably resident in Dubai
• Proven experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures for face and body
• Demonstrated high success rates with excellent patient satisfaction outcomes
• Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
• Ethical, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to care
• Experience with Botox and dermal fillers is strongly preferred

Work Arrangement & Compensation

• Part-time engagement
• Flexible working schedule
• Compensation is negotiable
• Preference for a percentage-based profit-sharing model
