Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role preferred (3-4 years)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, polite, and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical systems are a plus
