Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Coordinator with exceptional sales skills to join our aesthetic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in inhouse sales and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell aesthetic treatments and packages through consultations and follow-ups
• Cross sell and up sell in the clinic
• Sell procedures, pricing, and treatment plans confidently and persuasively
• Follow up with potential and existing patients to maximize conversions
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and practitioners
• Maintain accurate patient records and CRM data
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and booking targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Very strong sales skills are mandatory (consultative selling, closing, upselling)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Patient Coordinator, Sales Consultant, or similar role in an aesthetic or medical clinic
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, polished, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work under pressure and with sales targets
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is a strong advantage
