Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator and Sales professional to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify insurance coverage, and assist with intake procedures using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks
  • Schedule appointments efficiently utilizing medical scheduling software and coordinate follow-up visits or procedure

  • Promote clinic services by educating patients on available treatments and care plans while identifying opportunities for additional services or products
  • Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, patient check-in/out processes, and clerical tasks such as filing and data entry using Microsoft Office tools
  • Support medical billing processes through , and medical collection efforts to ensure timely payments and account resolution

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations better
  • Prior clinic or dental office experience is preferred; familiarity with dental terminology is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including typing (10 key typing), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and health information management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience in office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling
