Patient Coordinator (Multilingual – Healthcare)

Role Overview

The Patient Coordinator acts as the patient journey manager inside the clinic. The main goal of this role is to guide patients between departments and specialties, improve patient experience, increase follow-up and treatment continuation, and ensure smooth coordination between doctors and services.

This is a very important front-facing role within our healthcare group.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their clinic journey
• Coordinate patient movement between doctors and departments
• Educate patients about recommended services and follow-up plans
• Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals internally
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, and reception teams
• Follow up with patients through calls and WhatsApp
• Help improve patient satisfaction and retention
• Ensure VIP and complex patients receive smooth coordination
• Support treatment plan continuity between specialties
• Maintain professional communication and confidentiality

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Arabic and English fluency required
• Additional languages are highly preferred (Russian, Urdu, Hindi, Persian, or Tagalog)
• Previous healthcare or medical center experience required
• Background in nursing, healthcare administration, pharmacy, physiotherapy, or medical reception preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and patient-centered attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
