Easy Home Healthcare Centre DMCC is a growing home healthcare provider in Dubai, delivering high-quality medical and nursing services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for a motivated and professional Patient Relationship Executive who can effectively manage patient inquiries, convert leads into bookings, coordinate services, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
• Convert service inquiries into confirmed patient bookings.
• Clearly explain home healthcare services to potential patients and families.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Coordinate and dispatch nurses, doctors, and healthcare staff to patient locations.
• Manage daily scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain and update lead tracking and patient records using Excel or CRM systems .
• Keep accurate records of calls, inquiries, and bookings.
• Follow up with leads and existing patients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Home Healthcare or Healthcare Call Handling.
• Strong ability to convert inquiries into confirmed patients .
• Experience in team coordination and dispatching healthcare staff .
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, convincing, and customer service skills.
• Good typing speed and professional email communication skills .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management .
• Ability to manage multiple calls, leads, and schedules efficiently.
• Professional, organized, and patient-focused attitude.

Preferred

• Experience working in Dubai home healthcare companies .
• Familiarity with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
