Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FEMALE ARABIC SPEAKER - Patient Sales Coordinator & Receptionist at Yoland Specialist Polyclinic in Dubai. The role involves coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, managing communication with patients, and overseeing sales operations on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote cosmetic dermatology, skin, and dental procedures.
• Answer inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.- Follow up on leads generated from online campaigns and other sources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Female Arabic-speaking preferred.
• Previous experience in telesales or sales in a clinic or Hospital setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic dermatology, skin procedures, and dental services.- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
