Payroll & Government Payments Specialist

Job Title: Payroll & Government Payments Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Government Payments Specialist to manage payroll processes and oversee all government-related payments and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial tasks, and a solid understanding of labor and governmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: \* Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement. \* ⁠Manage government-related payments (GOSI, tax, zakat, visa fees, work permits, etc.). \* ⁠Verify attendance and leave records and ensure proper payroll integration. \* ⁠Maintain employee compensation data and update financial records as required. \* ⁠Ensure compliance with all government platforms (Mudad, GOSI, Qiwa, Absher, etc.). \* ⁠Prepare payroll reports, financial summaries, and compliance documents for management. \* ⁠Resolve payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees. Qualifications: \* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field. \* ⁠Strong knowledge of payroll systems, regulations, and government portals. \* ⁠High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. \* ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software. \* ⁠Previous experience in payroll or HR finance is preferred.
