Role Description

• The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development and enhancement of medical service quality across the medical centers by improving the prescription workflow, ensuring alignment between patient complaints, diagnosis, and treatment, and strengthening collaboration between physicians and pharmacies. This role aims to elevate the quality of healthcare delivery while supporting the operational profitability of the centers in accordance with the approved agreement with the pharmacy partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve Medical Practice & Prescription Quality.
• Enhance Physician–Pharmacy Integration.
• Ensure effective communication between clinics and pharmacies.
• Resolve operational issues between clinics and pharmacies.
• Improve revenue while maintaining medical quality.
• Develop internal protocols to improve clinical–pharmacy alignment.
• Prepare reports on medical record quality, treatment trends, and dispensing KPIs.

Qualificationsa :

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within major pharmacy chains, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Experience in analyzing treatment patterns and linking them to quality and profitability indicators.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and medical teams.
