Role Description This is a part-time, remote Physical Therapist role focused on providing high-quality patient care in a virtual or home-based setting, depending on patient needs and applicable regulations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients’ functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual or home-based assessments, documenting findings, updating care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement techniques, while monitoring progress and adjusting interventions based on clinical response. The Physical Therapist will use secure digital tools to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with patients and team members.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment programs.
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Patient Care, including safe practice standards, clinical reasoning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience or interest in Home Care and remote service delivery, including educating patients and caregivers in home-based exercise and safety strategies.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in applicable jurisdiction(s); degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Previous experience in outpatient, home health, or telehealth settings is preferred but not required.
