Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and deliver effective treatment programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ physical conditions and therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid SCFHS license
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
