Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Physician – Regenerative & Functional Medicine to join our growing medical team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical experience in regenerative, functional, preventive, and longevity medicine, with the ability to assess patients holistically and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment and wellness plans. The role involves comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessment, interpretation of relevant laboratory investigations, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of root-cause-based healthcare, metabolic health, nutrition, hormonal balance, healthy ageing, and regenerative medicine approaches, while maintaining high standards of medical ethics and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and detailed patient assessments.
• Obtain and review medical history, lifestyle factors, medications, and relevant clinical information.
• Apply a functional and integrative approach to identify potential underlying contributors to patients' health concerns.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment and wellness plans according to individual patient needs.
• Assess and manage patients seeking preventive, anti-aging, longevity, and regenerative healthcare solutions.
• Review and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic reports within the physician's scope of practice.
• Provide appropriate clinical recommendations related to nutrition, lifestyle modification, metabolic health, and preventive care.
• Evaluate suitable regenerative medicine and wellness interventions based on clinical indications, patient suitability, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and follow-up assessments.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Ensure all clinical practices comply with Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other physicians, nurses, dietitians, therapists, and wellness professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, benefits, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained where required and maintain the highest standards of patient safety.
• Participate in clinical meetings, educational activities, workshops, and medical centre initiatives as required.
• Support the development and growth of regenerative, functional, longevity, and preventive medicine services at the centre.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Valid DOH Medical License.
• Specialist qualification recognised by the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in Regenerative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, Longevity Medicine, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient consultation, and treatment-planning skills.
• Experience in interpreting relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centred medical practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
