Job Responsibilities – Part-Time Plastic Surgeon (On Sharing Basis)
Zia Medical Center – Dubai
Clinical Assessment & Consultation
- Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess medical history, aesthetic goals, and surgical needs.
- Evaluate and diagnose conditions requiring reconstructive or cosmetic plastic surgery.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients, ensuring realistic expectations and safe outcomes.
Surgical Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to:
- Facial and body contouring surgeries
- Breast augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction
- Scar revision, wound repair, and minor reconstructive procedures
- Ensure all surgical procedures adhere to the highest standards of patient safety, hygiene, and ethical practice.
Non-Surgical Procedures
- Provide minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, such as:
- Injectable procedures (Botox, dermal fillers)
- Laser treatments and chemical peels
- Skin tightening and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures
Patient Care & Follow-Up
- Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively, providing guidance on recovery, wound care, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Educate patients about procedure risks, benefits, and post-operative care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Manage complications promptly and coordinate with other specialists when required.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and treatment plans.
- Ensure full compliance with clinic policies, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and medical ethics.
- Obtain informed consent prior to all procedures.
Collaboration & Professionalism
- Coordinate with clinic staff, nurses, and administrative teams to provide seamless patient care.
- Participate in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions as needed.
- Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and high standards of care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
