Job Description

The Operations Excellence Trainee will support the continuous improvement initiatives

aimed at improving efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery across business operations, while

assisting with process analysis, data collection, and operations projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Participating in Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects

• Support process mapping, documentation, and standard operating procedures

(SOPs)

• Building and designing power BI dashboards
• Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data (KPIs)
• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Prepare presentations and reports for the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, claims, etc.)
• Help maintain compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Learn and apply problem-solving tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, DMAIC)

Skills

• Basic understanding of process improvement concepts

• Data analysis using Excel (basic formulas, Power BI skills
