Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Product Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional digital health and insurance experiences by translating strategy into execution. Reporting to the Product Lead, this role manages the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring that every feature delivers measurable value to members and the business. The Product Manager collaborates closely with design, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to bring products to market efficiently, ensuring they are customer-centric, data-informed, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities:
1-Support Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution:
- Translate product vision and roadmap from Product Lead into actionable backlogs.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and prioritize based on impact and feasibility.
- Maintain alignment with business and member goals.
2-Lead Day-to-Day Product Delivery:
- Drive sprints, backlog refinement, and feature definition with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure clarity on scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.
- Resolve blockers and maintain progress transparency.
3-Analyze and Optimize Product Performance:
- Monitor KPIs (adoption, NPS, engagement, satisfaction).
- Gather data and user insights to inform iterations.
- Propose enhancements based on analytics and user feedback.

5-Manage Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational teams are prepared for launches and changes.
- Provide updates to Product Lead and key stakeholders.
6-Champion User-Centric Design and Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in discovery and usability testing.
- Advocate for customer needs in design and prioritization.
- Share learnings and best practices with peers.
Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).
- Ability to translate customer insights and business goals into actionable requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
