Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of healthcare facility projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating commissioning activities, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate project documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Administrative & Tracking Functions

• Documentation Management: Organize, review, and archive commissioning documentation, including method statements, site instructions, and deviation lists.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor commissioning schedules, milestones, and work progress, creating status reports for management.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize, schedule, and take minutes for project meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Procurement & Budget Support: Assist with vendor management, budget forecasting, and procurement of services.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tools: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), project management software, and document control systems.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational management.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain, organize, and update detailed project plans and administrative records.
• Experience: Previous experience in project coordination, specifically in healthcare or complex facility projects.
