Job Title : Project Manager – IST GRC

Job Location: Dubai

Project Manager will oversee and coordinate key workstreams within and across the departments. This role involves cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and third-party partners to ensure GRC project and milestones are met on schedule and in line with quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery of IST GRC projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration between technology, operations, and business teams.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks, including risk management, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project management, ensuring milestones are met within scope, and timeline.
• Provide thought leadership on IST GRC processes (nice-to-have) to enhance project outcomes.
• Serve as the point contact on project management activities in IST GRC across the team and organization.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards on the IST GRC projects to the team and leadership.
• Ensure project management discipline and culture within the team and across the stakeholders
• Increase the brand visibility of the team by publishing the reports and updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer information systems, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• 7+ years of Project Management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional projects
• 2+ years in leading team of project coordinators
• Experience interfacing with business and IT executives.
• Relevant exposure to IT/Healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g.: Waterfall, Agile, etc.) and software (e.g.: Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and develop effective treatment strategies
