Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Psychotherapist. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing mental health support to patients, conducting individual or group therapy sessions, performing psychological evaluations, and developing treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Other responsibilities include assisting patients with relationship counseling, guiding them through mental health challenges, and collaborating with the medical and dietitian teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health support
• Experience in Counseling and Relationship Counseling
• Background in Medicine related to mental health or behavioral medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize with patients and maintain a patient-centered approach
• Advanced degrees or certifications in psychotherapy or counseling psychology is highly preferred
• Relevant professional licensure to practice as a psychotherapist in the UAE
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
• with DOH license
• With OWN residency/ Golden visa
