Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement of pharmaceutical products, cosmetic items, and medical equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills and a good understanding of healthcare procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure pharmaceutical products, cosmetic items, and medical equipment
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (LPOs)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement (pharmaceutical/cosmetic/medical field preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
