Quality Controller

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Coordinator to champion and oversee the comprehensive Quality Management System for our Diagnostic Radiology and Laboratory services. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing our JCI accreditation Process and achieving ISO 15189 certification for the laboratory. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, ensuring all diagnostic services operate at the highest international standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the coordinator for Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation standards applicable to Diagnostic Services.
Lead the project for ISO 15189:2012 (Medical Laboratories) certification, including gap analysis, document control, and implementation of the Quality Management System.
Ensure ongoing compliance with UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) regulations.
Manage all accreditation and certification cycles, including pre-survey readiness, internal audits, and on-site survey coordination.
