Radiology Coordinator

We are seeking a Radiology Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of radiology services, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate scheduling, and effective communication between patients, doctors, and the radiology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate radiology appointments and manage patient scheduling
• Ensure proper documentation and patient records are maintained
• Liaise with radiologists, technicians, and other departments
• Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary guidance
• Verify insurance details and assist with approvals if required
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and DOH regulations
• Support smooth workflow within the radiology department

Requirements

• Arabic speaker
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or radiology setting
• Familiarity with radiology procedures and terminology
• Experience with healthcare systems/EMR
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of DOH regulations is an advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
