About Us

Yugen Care by Dr Gehad is a luxury medical aesthetics, wellness, and longevity clinic in Dubai, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences with advanced aesthetic and healthcare solutions. We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and luxury-service manner
• Coordinate patient flow with doctors, therapists, and clinical staff
• Handle patient registration, documentation, and updating medical records
• Process payments, invoices, and coordinate with the finance department when required
• Manage insurance claims submissions, approvals, follow-ups, and insurance-related patient coordination
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate coverage details to patients when needed
• Follow up on pending insurance claims and ensure accurate documentation submission
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support upselling and cross-selling of clinic services and packages when appropriate
• Ensure a 5-star patient experience from arrival to departure
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and DHA standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Patient Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative (medical/aesthetic clinic experience preferred)
• Experience handling medical insurance claims and approvals in the UAE
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and familiarity with booking/CRM systems
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, dental, wellness, or medical clinics in Dubai
• Knowledge of insurance portals and claim submission processes
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to promote treatments and packages professionally
