Receptionist - Arabic Female only

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Dento Art Dental Laboratory.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in communication, organization, and coordination between our lab and dental clinics across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with dentists and clinics (inside and outside the UAE).
• Organize and schedule case timings for local and external clinics.
• Coordinate with DHL, FedEx, and other courier companies for case deliveries and pickups.
• Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery of cases.
• Maintain clear communication between the lab and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory is a must.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Full-time position, 6 days a week (Sunday off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
