Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing general administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized front desk area, assisting in clerical tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proven expertise in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to multitask, maintain professionalism, and handle a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations in Dubai (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC) is a plus
• Proficiency in office software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are advantageous
