Your Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the clinic - the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional, friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in Russian and English, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage appointments, patient records, and phone/email correspondence with accuracy and care
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Handle payments and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Anticipate patient and team needs - think ahead and take initiative

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proactive attitude - able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
