Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Dammam. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care, conduct health assessments, administer treatments, and ensure patient follow-up. Responsibilities include supporting chronic disease management, educating patients on care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to maintain a high standard of care. Additional duties include maintaining accurate health records and operating within regulatory compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing patient assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress
• Strong communication, patient education, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of care plans, home healthcare protocols, and chronic disease management
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Registered Nursing License with relevant certifications
• Experience in home healthcare or chronic disease management is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
