Position Title: Registered Nurse

Salary : 4500 - 5000 Aed

Langugage Madnatory : English , Arabic/ Russian.

Working Hour:Full Time| 6 days a week & 10hr/day | Rotational Shift

Qualitification: BSN & DHA registered Nurse | ACLS & BLS

Experience Minimun :5 years ICU & CCU

Job Description

-Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years of experience in ICU , CCU /Emergency dept

-Must have experienced in EMR documentation

-Must be experienced in IV cannulization, Lab Sampling, Nursing care , Urine Cathetrization, NG Tube change, Wound Care.

-Must have experience in event nurse for any sport or office event.

-Medical Consumables management

-Strict follow the Process of the DHA compliance and protocol.

-Must be with Professional Attitude | Personal Hygine

Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Assist Doctor during the consultation, and assisting pateint psychological health needs.

-Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

-Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

-Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

-Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

-Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.

-Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.

Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development.

Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment and High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ICU: 5 years (Preferred)
• Cirtical Care Unit: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Russian (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DHA license as Registered Nurse (Preferred)
