Registered Nurse – Home Care

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with Home Care experience to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and compliance with DHA / MOHAP regulations and UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with approved care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Support patients with chronic conditions, post-operative care, elderly care, and rehabilitation needs.
• Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports as per DHA and company policies.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with doctors, care coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and escalate care when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (DHA eligibility or active DHA license).
• Minimum 1–2 years of home care nursing experience in the UAE or equivalent healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and home healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Experience in elderly care, post-operative care, or chronic disease management.
• Current BLS / ACLS certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
