Job Description

Alain Medical Center, a leading multispecialty healthcare provider in Ajman, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a valid MOH eligibility or license and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing services across various departments such as Dental, Dermatology, Orthopedic, and General Practice, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of physicians.
• Assist doctors in clinical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient assessments.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain readiness to be assigned to various departments (e.g., Dental, Derma, Orthopedic, etc.) based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
• Uphold the professional standards and ethics of nursing practice as per MOH regulations.

Requirements

• MOH eligibility or valid MOH license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Must be on Spouse Visa.
• Should be willing to relocate near the medical center.
• Flexible to work on straight or split duty as per duty roster.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
