Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated RCM Coordinator – Insurance (OP & IP) to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. Experience in ABU DHABI -UAE. Key Responsibilities: Process and submit outpatient (OP) and inpatient (IP) insurance claims accurately and on time. Follow up on pending, rejected, and denied claims, including resubmissions. Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations. Ensure accurate coding and documentation in accordance with DOH regulations and payer requirements. Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve claim-related issues. Monitor claim status and support timely reimbursement. Maintain compliance with DOH, Daman, and other insurance payer policies. Assist with audits, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical insurance or Revenue Cycle Management & Coding , claims in ABU DHABI -UAE. Experience handling both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) insurance claims. Good knowledge of DOH regulations, medical terminology, and insurance billing processes. Experience with claim submission, resubmission, reconciliation, and denial management. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Experience with healthcare EMR systems is preferred (ABU DHABI ) Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
