Job Summary

  • Ensures the availability and accuracy of safety components’ inventory for all region’s branches.
  • Ensures compliance with the developed inspection, testing and maintenance plans for the region’s branches.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement health and safety protocols across the hospital facility.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct safety training and emergency drills for hospital staff.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Safety Officer/Engineer, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
  • Valid professional registration/license (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and crisis management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
