We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Safety & Security Officer to join our team in KSA-Abha. As a Safety & Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of patients, staff, and hospital assets. This role involves monitoring hospital premises, enforcing safety protocols, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency preparedness to maintain a secure and safe environment. The officer collaborates closely with hospital departments to prevent and manage risks effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor; diploma or certification in Security, Safety, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in security, safety, or emergency management, preferably within healthcare or hospital settings.

• Knowledge of security operations, safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.

• Ability to assess risks, respond to incidents, and implement preventive measures.

• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and safety equipment.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hospital premises to ensure safety and security of patients, staff, and property.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety hazards.

• Enforce hospital safety, security, and access protocols.

• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating safety and security procedures.

• Conduct safety and security inspections and report any violations or hazards.

• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and internal departments during incidents.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and preventive measures.

• Provide guidance and support to staff and visitors regarding safety and security protocols.

• Participate in training and drills for emergency preparedness and response.
