Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Garage Tools & Equipment)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with a strong background in the garage tools and automotive workshop equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, quotation preparation, estimation, order processing, supplier coordination, and customer support. Candidates without experience in garage tools and workshop equipment will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales enquiries and support the sales team.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Review customer requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records, quotations, and sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in the Garage Tools & Equipment industry is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with garage equipment, workshop tools, vehicle lifts, tyre equipment, wheel alignment & balancing machines, air compressors, hydraulic equipment, diagnostic tools, lubrication systems, and workshop machinery.
• Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimates.
• Strong knowledge of automotive workshop equipment and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
