Job Overview
The Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the UAE. region by promoting clinical solutions to healthcare providers. The role includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing product expertise to meet client needs. Key accountabilities include achieving revenue targets, delivering exceptional values like total cost of ownership, life cycle management, and health economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Joint sales target attainment with assigned KAMs.
- Number of joint client visits or presentations with KAMs.
- Participation in product launches/marketing campaigns/customer events.
- Lead generation and qualification via clinical/educational activities.
- Engagement in sales and marketing meetings.
- Marketing content/case study contributions.
- Submission of post-market/customer feedback reports.
- Clinical product demonstrations/education sessions delivered.
- Conversion rate from demo/training to committed sale.
- MQL to SQL conversion rate for leads involving the specialist.
- Total cost of ownership and revenue cycle management
- Lead health economics positions with customer , and position clinical solution against customer need (work closely with imaging teams and project teams)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Doctor, Technician Medical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar job, with a focus on clinical solutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital clinical workflows
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE region as required.
