We’re Hiring: Clinical Psychologists (Arabic Speaking) – Al Ain

Are you a passionate, licensed Clinical Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in Al Ain?

We are seeking dedicated Arabic-speaking Clinical Psychologists (Male and Female candidates) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based psychological care to patients within the community, utilizing your fluency in Arabic to build deep therapeutic alliances.

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic & Professional English

Gender Preference: Open to Male & Female candidates (to support diverse patient preferences)

What You Will Do:

• Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, diagnostics, and therapy sessions (e.g., CBT, ACT) for individuals and families.
• Culturally Sensitive Care: Deliver clinical services and psychoeducation in fluent Arabic, ensuring therapeutic concepts resonate with the local community.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with psychiatrists, family physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to offer holistic patient care.
• Compliance: Maintain high-standard, secure documentation in line with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations.

What We Are Looking For (DOH PQR Requirements):

Education: Master’s degree or PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

Licensing:

• Active DOH (HAAD) License as a Clinical Psychologist OR a valid DOH Eligibility Letter.
• (We also welcome DHA or MOHAP license holders eligible for immediate transfer to DOH).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Credentials: Completed or in-progress DataFlow (PSV) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect deeply with patients and their families.
