Senior Accountant (Female) – Accounts & Finance

Location: Yoland Specialist Polyclinic, Dubai

Job Overview

Yoland Specialist Polyclinic is seeking a competent and experienced Female Senior Accountant to manage the clinic’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end accounting responsibilities independently while supporting management with financial control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Maintain complete books of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Cash & Bank).
• Handle daily accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Payroll & HR Coordination

• Process monthly payroll, incentives, and final settlements.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and staff payments.
• Coordinate with HR on attendance, leave, and gratuity records.

VAT & Compliance

• Manage VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE VAT laws and FTA regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.

Budgeting & Financial Control

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Monitor cost centers and control expenses.
• Provide financial analysis to management.

Banking & Audit

• Handle bank accounts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash and expense controls.
• Prepare documents for audits and regulatory inspections.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with Operations, HR, and Management teams.
• Provide accurate financial reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• CA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting compliance
• Experience with Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks or similar software
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
