Are you passionate about shaping the earliest years of a child’s development? Do you have the creativity, energy, and drive to deliver outstanding early years education? We are a well-established British nursery group expanding our team in Riyadh, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join us.

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for children aged 0–5. You will contribute to planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children’s learning and development through purposeful play
  • Provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Assist with planning, observations, and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with a multicultural team to uphold British early years standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years UK qualification (or equivalent) - preferred, not essential
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
