Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Workshop / Garage Supervisor / Foreman to manage daily operations at our auto repair garage. The ideal candidate will lead technicians, ensure high-quality repairs, maintain safety standards, coordinate workflow, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanics and technicians.
• Schedule jobs and assign work based on department workload and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards; perform quality checks and road tests.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist technicians.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and customers about services performed.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain service records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in auto repair, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in garage management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Auto industry certifications are a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu (speaking and understanding).

Working Conditions

• 6 days a week (as per company policy).
• Must be available for emergency jobs or operational needs.
• Accommodation provided.
• Relocation or reliable commute to Abu Dhabi preferred.
