Job Purpose
The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic leader who partners with senior management to drive business performance through effective people strategies. This role focuses on organizational development, leadership coaching, and aligning HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Lead workforce planning and organizational design
Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
Working with
Talent Management
Drive succession planning and talent pipelines
Lead leadership development and high-potential programs
Identify and close critical talent gaps
Performance & Culture
Lead performance management strategy and execution from end to end.
Build a high-performance and accountability culture
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
Change Management
Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives
Support restructuring, mergers, or organizational shifts
Ensure smooth adoption of change across the business
HR Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze HR data to influence strategic decision
Provide insights on workforce trends and business impact
Measure ROI of HR initiatives
Coaching & Influence
Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness
Influence decision-making at executive level
Build strong stakeholder relationships

Job Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7–12+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP experience
- Deep knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development
