Senior Insurance Coordinator - Arabic Speaker

We’re Hiring: “ Senior , Arabic Speaker -“Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Senior Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in medical insurance operations, coding, and healthcare coordination.

🔎 Mandatory Requirements

✔ Arabic Speaker

✔ Medical Coding Certified

✔ Medical Background

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Insurance Department or Hospital Setup

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee insurance coordination processes

* Manage claims, pre-authorizations, and approvals

* Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage

* Ensure accuracy in medical coding and documentation

* Serve as a key point of contact between insurance providers and internal teams

* Support junior coordinators and assist in workflow optimization

* Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers

* Maintain compliance with insurance policies and procedures

Competencies

* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

* Ability to manage insurance documentation efficiently and resolve claim disputes

* Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations

* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

* Prior experience in a similar insurance coordination role is an advantage

* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
