We're Hiring – Staff Supervisor

Dr. Khoulood Almahmoud Specialized Dermatology & Aesthetic Center is looking for an experienced Staff Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily staff performance and ensure high productivity.

• Assess and improve service quality and operational efficiency.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve outstanding results.

• Resolve staff concerns and workplace challenges professionally.

• Ensure all employees adhere to the center's rules, policies, and standards.

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and workflow.

• Support management in improving patient satisfaction and overall clinic performance.

• Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Implement strategies to increase patient bookings and improve clinic outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
