Storekeeper

We are looking for a Saudi Storekeeper to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for managing medical supplies, equipment, and consumables inventory while ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and distribution operations to support daily healthcare services and home visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing medical supplies, equipment, and consumables inventory.

• Receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment efficiently.

• Tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records using inventory management software.

• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely supply availability for home visits.

• Managing PPE, medications, medical devices, and assistive equipment.

• Processing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.

• Conducting regular inventory audits and stock checks to prevent discrepancies.

• Ensuring proper storage and handling of sensitive medical items in accordance with guidelines.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Supporting compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.

• Handling returns and managing expired/damaged product disposal appropriately. •

Operating and updating inventory management software and systems daily.

Requirements

• Must be Saudi.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inventory or storekeeping operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare inventory management processes and medical supplies handling.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, storage standards, and compliance requirements is preferred.
